Why we collect the data 

We collect data to make contact, establish and/or maintain a business relationship. Our lawful basis for collecting this information is to fulfill our contract with our customer, our legitimate interest in providing the Site and the Services, or to comply with our legal obligations. In some instances, our lawful basis for processing your information may be your consent.  

 

What data we collect 

Our processing of personal data includes, but is not limited to, the following applications

  • Managing contact information such as mail, name, phone number, company name and reason of contact gathered from forms and applications wired through our systems  

 

 

How we collect data & data responsibility 

Where we collect information for our own purposes, like when we collect information when you visit our website through cookies, when you interact with our social media pages, email campaigns or our website’s chat-system, SNM Integrations is the “data controller” and is responsible for the proper storage and use of the collected information.  

When we collect data on behalf of other companies, SNM Integrations acts as the "data processor." The company for which we provide these services remains the "data controller" and is responsible for the proper storage and use of the collected information. Where we process information as a data processor on behalf of our customer, our customer determines the retention period. 

 

 

Third-party customers 

We have entered into binding agreements as required by applicable law with such third-party customers and require them to not use your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned in this privacy policy and for no other purposes than to fulfill the services the customer has requested. 

We will retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the services that the customer has requested, to comply with any laws or regulations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We may retain information longer for our legitimate business interest if retention is not outweighed by your personal rights and freedoms.

As a data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data

  • You have the right to have your personal data corrected.

  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Data Protection Authorities (sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheter) regarding our processing of your personal data. 

 

Filing a complaint 

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you may contact us as indicated in the Contact SNM Integrations section below. The rights may not apply where it would violate the rights of a third-party or to comply with laws and regulations. We may request specific information from you to confirm your identity.

Changes to our Privacy Policy 

This document will be continuously monitored and will be subject to an annual review. The document owner is responsible for the annual review. In the event of recurring critical incidents, additional reviews may be conducted.
